Inadequate spray pressure and poor atomization: if the inlet valve is put up by dirt, remove the inlet valve and use a cloth to remove the dirt; If the leather bowl is damaged, it can be replaced with a new one; If there is air leakage due to the absence of a sealing ring at the connection point or damage to the sealing ring, a sealing ring can be installed or replaced.
Unable to spray into mist: If the slanted hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the slanted hole can be unblocked; If the orifice is blocked, the orifice can be disassembled for cleaning, but hard objects such as iron wire or copper needle can not be used to poke the orifice to prevent the expansion of the orifice and the deterioration of spray quality; If the filter screen inside the casing is blocked or the water valve ball is lifted, the filter screen and the dirt on the lifted ball should be cleaned.
Switch leakage or inability to tighten: If the switch cap is not tightened, the switch cap should be tightened; If the gasket on the switch core is worn, the gasket should be replaced; The reason why the switch cannot be turned is that it has been placed for too long or used for too long, and the switch core is stuck due to the corrosion of the chemical. The parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel; When it is difficult to remove, soak it in kerosene for a period of time, and then remove it again. Do not use hard objects to strike it.
Water leakage at each connection point: If the joint is loose, tighten the nut; If the gasket is not placed flat or damaged, it should be placed flat or replaced; If the gasket dries and hardens due to shrinkage, it can be soaked in animal oil before use.
