Operating principle of spray spray
According to the principle of spray spray, it can be divided into four types.
Bernoulli principle
The Bernoulli principle states that in a fluid, the flow velocity is high and the pressure is low; Low flow rate, high pressure. The fluid will automatically flow from high pressure to low pressure. When passing through a three-way pipe, low-speed water flows towards high-speed air. Water is torn apart into small droplets by high-speed air (imagine the water flowing out of a faucet, which initially has a slow speed and is a water column; but gradually increases in speed and becomes droplets). After these small water droplets spray out, they become mist.
The principle of high-speed water flow breaking into small water droplets when encountering obstacles
The principle used is to inject water pressure into a thin tube to create high-speed water flow, which breaks into small water droplets when it encounters obstacles. The situation is like turning on a faucet and blocking it with your fingers. This structure is commonly used in household spray, and the cost is low.
Principle of centrifugal force throwing liquid out
It is a high-speed rotating atomizing disc that uses centrifugal force to throw liquid out and shred it into small droplets, similar to the situation when an umbrella rotates.
Principle of Ultrasonic Atomization
Vibration can cause "waves" on the water surface, and the vibration frequency of ultrasound is very high, so the wavelength of its "waves" is very small, so its "waves" - small water droplets are also very small, and these small water droplets become fog.
