Advantages of ultra-low volume spray
Compared with the commonly used spray, the ultra-low volume spray has the advantages of rapidity, efficiency, portability and cost saving when it is used to control plants, lawns and crop pests. Specifically manifested as:
1. Low water consumption: the ultra-low volume spray uses pesticide stock solution, or only needs to be diluted by extremely low times, so it does not need a lot of water.
2. Less dosage: Spray about 100 grams of pesticide solution per acre, instead of tens or even hundreds of kilograms. Therefore, it can greatly reduce labor intensity and save labor when used.
3. Uniform distribution of droplets: the ultra-low volume spray does not directly spray the liquid medicine on the plant, but disperses and floats the droplets with a diameter of only a few tens of microns by virtue of the wind, and then distributes the droplets evenly on the front, back and side of the plant leaves and the whole plant under the effect of the "micro airflow" around the plant. In this way, the killing rate of pests is higher than that of pesticides diluted with a large amount of water, especially for some pests that have developed resistance, the effect is better. The killing function of pesticide concentrate is several times or even dozens of times higher than that of diluted with water.
4. The method of use is simple: when holding the ultra-low volume spray for spraying, the machine head is always kept at a height of about 1 meter above the plant. Since this kind of spray eliminates the liquid medicine nozzle, the liquid medicine flows out automatically when the bottle is put down. Therefore, before the electric motor is turned on, the medicine bottle should be placed below and the machine head above. When spraying medicine, the electric motor should be started first, and then the position of the medicine bottle and machine head should be changed so that the medicine bottle is above, the bottle mouth is downward, and the bottle body is perpendicular to the ground. The medicine liquid will flow out on its own.
