What are the correct cleaning methods for agricultural sprayers after use?

The agricultural sprayer is not cleaned thoroughly, which has a great impact on the growth of crops. Here are a few ways to clean your sprayer:
 
1. Mud water cleaning: For gram no trace (commonly known as sweeping light), it can be passivated and lose its efficacy when exposed to soil. Therefore, just wash the sprayer with mud water several times immediately after the application, and then wash it with water.

2. Plastic bucket sprayer: first pour 5% hot lye water (water temperature above 60 ℃), make it full of spray rods, nozzles and other parts, shake it every 10 minutes, after 2~3 hours, put the lye solution Pour out and rinse with clean water 2-4 times.

3. Cleaning with clean water: The wheat field herbicide Superstar (Trisulfuron-methyl), the corn field herbicide Yi-A mixture, soybean and peanut herbicides such as Gaicaoneng, etc., need to immediately clean the bucket and various parts with clean water several times after finishing. Fill the sprayer with clean water and soak it for 2-24 hours, then wash it 2-3 times before you can use it with confidence.

4. Iron bucket sprayer: First pour 1% black vitriol water (ie ferrous sulfate solution) to soak for 2 hours, and then rinse with clean water for 2 to 4 times; you can also soak in hot alkaline water (the same method as above) for 1 hour, Rinse again with hot alkaline water, and finally rinse with clean water 4 to 5 times.
